The desriptor size is computed in the following way:

cells_per_block = hog.BlockSize ./ hog.CellSize
histsize_per_block = prod(cells_per_block) * hog.NBins
blocks_per_window = (hog.WinSize - hog.BlockSize) ./ hog.BlockStride + 1
descriptor_size = prod(blocks_per_window) * histsize_per_block
