Set the algorithm used for building the shape context descriptor cost matrix

Input

• comparerType an algorithm that defines the cost matrix between descriptors. One of:
  • NormHistogramCostExtractor A norm based cost extraction. See cv.norm
  • EMDHistogramCostExtractor An EMD based cost extraction. See cv.EMD
  • ChiHistogramCostExtractor An Chi based cost extraction.
  • EMDL1HistogramCostExtractor An EMD-L1 based cost extraction. See cv.EMDL1

Options

The following are options accepted by all algorithms:

• NDummies default 25
• DefaultCost default 0.2

The following are options for the various algorithms:

NormHistogramCostExtractor, EMDHistogramCostExtractor

• NormFlag default 'L2'. This parameter matches the NormType and DistType flags of cv.norm and cv.EMD respectively.
